Sales

All sales are final after the Product is released by Lone Wolf Wood Designs, LLC to the shipping company or the Purchaser.  Our unique Product is sold as-is, so please examine product photos and descriptions and our Wood Products Disclaimer thoroughly before ordering.  Sample photos provided are approximations of finished looks and will vary slightly depending on the material used in your order and may or may not contain the full range of variation present in the final product.

Returns

We do not accept returns.

1. No returns are accepted on custom orders.
2. We will not accept returns for cosmetic reasons, including size or color selections made at the time of purchase. Please contact us if you have any color or size concerns prior to ordering.
3. We will not accept returns and are not liable for installation issues or problems that arise during installation including mistakes in calculating the amount of material or improper installation that results in needing extra material to finish the job.
