Shipping within the continental United States of America ONLY at the selected method.

Order Processing

Lone Wolf Wood Designs, LLC ships from Watertown, South Dakota.

Lone Wolf Wood Designs, LLC processes all in-stock products (no personalization) orders within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).  This applies even if expedited shipping is selected at the time of purchase.

Products indicated as ‘made to order’, will be manufactured and shipped in within 7-10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from the date the order was placed.

Successfully placed orders will receive an email confirmation with the order details.  If you do not receive an email, please check your spam filter, or contact us for confirmation.

If you need any assistance with your order, please contact us at lonewolfwooddesigns@gmail.com.  We will not be able to make changes to your order after it has shipped.  Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address.  We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available from our Watertown, SD facility.  We will contact you to schedule a pickup time when your order is ready.

Lone Wolf Wood Designs, LLC staff may assist, at our sole discretion, in loading your purchased items into your vehicle and/or trailer.  The Customer is responsible for properly securing all items for transport and providing any and all necessary materials to secure and protect the purchased items for transport.  At no time shall Lone Wolf Wood Designs, LLC be responsible for providing any materials to protect or secure the purchased items or for assisting in securing the purchased item(s) in the Customers vehicle and/or trailer for proper transport to the final destination.
